How do I book a car?
Send us your dates and pickup place through the form on any car page, on WhatsApp or by phone. We reply with availability and the price and confirm everything with you personally. There is no online payment.
What do I need to rent a car?
Drivers must be at least 21 years old and have held a valid driving licence for at least 2 years. Bring your licence and ID or passport to pickup.
Where can I pick up the car?
At our office, at Sarajevo International Airport, or we deliver it to your address or hotel. You can return it to the same place or somewhere else by arrangement.
Can I take the car outside Bosnia and Herzegovina?
Yes, with our prior written consent. Tick "Travel outside BiH" when you request a car and tell us which countries you plan to visit.
Do you offer a driver or child seats?
Yes. You can ask for a personal driver and for baby or child seats when you request a car.
Can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the rental period begins.
What is included in the price?
Full comprehensive insurance, unlimited mileage, navigation, Wi-Fi and a replacement vehicle are included at no extra cost.
Which languages do you speak?
Customer support is available in Bosnian and English.
