Who can rent
Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving licence for a minimum of 2 years. A copy of your licence and ID (or passport) is required at pickup.
Rental Terms
The general terms below apply to every rental. Your exact dates, deposit, and pickup details are confirmed with you directly before booking.
Rental period and pickup
A rental day is a 24-hour period from pickup. Vehicles are picked up and returned at the agreed location and time; a short grace period applies to returns, and any extension must be agreed with us in advance.
Fuel policy
Vehicles are provided with a full tank and should be returned the same way. Vehicles returned without a full tank are refuelled at our rate plus a service charge.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit is required at pickup. The amount depends on the vehicle and is confirmed when you book.
Insurance and damage
All vehicles carry full insurance cover. This does not extend to damage caused by driving under the influence, undocumented incidents, tyre and rim damage, or damage from mechanical neglect. Any damage or breakdown must be reported to us immediately.
Cross-border travel
Vehicles may not be taken outside Bosnia and Herzegovina without our prior written consent.
Payment
Payment terms are confirmed with you at the time of booking.
